How do I track my order?
Open Track your order and enter your order number with the phone number or email address you ordered with.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Write to us from our contact page with your order number as soon as you can. Once an order is dispatched it cannot be changed.
Sizes and Fit
How do I find my ring size?
Measure the inside of a ring that fits you well. An inside diameter of about 16.5 mm is a US 6, 17.3 mm a US 7 and 18.1 mm a US 8. Our ring size guide shows two more ways.
Where will a necklace sit?
On most people a 16-inch chain sits at the collarbone and an 18-inch chain just below it. Necklaces with an extender can be worn at either length.
Materials and Care
What is gold vermeil?
A thick layer of 18k gold over 925 sterling silver. Kept dry and stored on its own, it keeps its colour for a long time. Every piece's page names its metal.
How do I care for my jewellery?
Every piece's page has its own care notes. In short: put jewellery on last, keep it dry, wipe it with a soft cloth and store each piece on its own. More in Caring for Gold Vermeil and Silver.
Delivery
How much does delivery cost?
The delivery charge for your PIN code is shown at checkout, before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 2 working days; delivery takes 4-7 working days after that, by PIN code.

Which ways can I pay?
Checkout lists every way you can pay, including Cash on Delivery.
Do prices include GST?
Yes. Every price on the store includes GST.
Returns
Can I return a piece?
You can return a piece within 7 days of delivery, unworn and in its pouch. Our returns policy has the details.
My piece arrived damaged. What do I do?
Write to us from our contact page with your order number and a photo, and we will put it right.
